How do I find my model/serial number?

Check here for some tips on how to locate your serial number and model number.

The serial number can be found on your unit’s CSA sticker, which is usually located on the back or side of the unit near the bottom.

The serial number can also be located on the front page of the owner manual. Our serial numbers have the form of two letters followed by 15 numbers (e.g. XE271212145456242).

Your model number is the first four characters of this serial number (In the sample case above it would be XE27).

It is IMPORTANT to have the serial number of your unit since this will ensure accurate product support.

How do I know if the part I order is compatible with my pressure washer?

Check whether or not a part is compatible with your pressure washer by referring to the list of model numbers in the Compatible chart near the bottom of the part's page.

It is important that the model number/serial number combination matches the one shown on your machine. For example, S1600/MH01 refers to a Simoniz S1600 with a serial number starting with MH01. See “How do I find my model/serial number” for more assistance.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders can take 48 hours to process. Once shipped please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. You can track your order with Canada Post or Purolator using the tracking number you will receive in your shipment notification email.
I made a mistake on my shipping address. How can I correct my address?
Changing an order is time sensitive, since most orders are released to the warehouse within 30 minutes of being placed. Please contact us at 1-855-744-2618 to determine what’s possible.
I just placed my order how do I track it?
Once your order ships Canada Post tracking information will be sent out to your email and your order will be able to be tracked from there. Please allow for one business day for your order to ship before you check for the tracking information as orders placed in the afternoon often ship the next morning. If you do not see any tracking information within 2 business days, please check your spam folder for the email listed on the order. If you are still unable to find your tracking information, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
When will my order arrive?
Most of our orders ship out on the same day or the next morning. Typically, our orders take about 5 business days to ship however this can vary based on region. The most accurate information on shipping can be found through the Canada Post tracking link sent to your email.
What is the warranty on replacement parts?
All parts are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for 30-days. Defective part claims must be made within 30 days of the original shipment. For details, please review our Parts Warranty Policy.
